Sarah is an innovative, imaginative consultant with experience of achieving tangible business results in organisations and managing project design and implementation, business consultation, and the design and delivery of high quality training and development solutions.

She specialises in cultural change and organisational development in a wide range of organisations such as MOD, Cabinet office, NHS, Vodafone telecommunications, financial and retail. Sarah has excellent communication skills, which she uses to build confidence in clients, inspire teams to exceed expectations and to design and deliver motivational training, coaching, and consultancy. Sarah is an experienced and successful people and business manager, and brings this experience to her consultancy work.

As a consultant Sarah has worked with a number of organisations to develop the potential of managers at all levels. Clients have included a major international bank, international telecommunications organisation, an innovative health drinks company, and a market leading European leisure breaks company.

Sarah’s particular area of expertise lies in applying innovative and creative techniques to the development of individuals and teams through the design and delivery of management development and leadership programmes, team building and one-to-one coaching.
