Thérèse has worked as an internal and external consultant with a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors to create and implement change at an organisational, group and individual level. Prior to working as a consultant Thérèse worked as an operational and line manager for the British Council in the UK and South Asia.
Thérèse has particular interest and expertise in working with organisations to help them design change initiatives, develop people so that they can achieve results and implement change, working with leaders to help them thrive in the current environment, and supporting specialist functions like HR and IT to increase their organisational impact.
Her expertise includes leadership and management development, working with teams to create group or organisational strategy, and more detailed implementation plans, working with partnerships to help them to design and deliver new programmes and products, and providing coaching and consultancy support to senior managers. She is a pragmatist who enjoys working with the real issues faced by organisations, and designing interventions that link directly with organisational outcomes.
Thérèse’s clients include Universities, organizations in the automotive and electronics industries, international organizations and retailers. She has continued to work with clients in the public and voluntary sector utilising and building on her earlier management experience. Thérèse was formerly Director of the University of Salford / Roffey Park MSc in People and Organisational Development.
