New Private Sector Leadership Programme

We are working with a large private sector manufacturing organisation to design and deliver a Pan-European Leadership Programme for senior managers. The programme comprises workshops, Action Learning Sets, Mentoring and work based projects, and is an update of BCL’s highly successful High Potential Programme from 2006 – 2007.

Two New Performance Management Projects
We have recently won two new performance management projects – one being for a series of residential workshops in Italy for a large private sector insurance organisation, and the other being a series of facilitated sessions and workshops for a public sector legal organisation. Both projects will start in 2010, and focus on measuring and evaluating performance, giving/receiving effective feedback and strategies for having difficult conversations.

New Private Sector Process Review Project
We have been selected to scope and review the processes of a large private sector organisation in the advertising industry, focussing on the efficiency and improvement of core business operations across its functions.

New Research Projects
We have recently won and are currently delivering large-scale research projects for two defence/aeronautical sector organisations, focusing on research project design, data collection and data analysis. The projects have included interviews, focus groups, stakeholder consultation, design of questionnaires and written tools, data analysis and reporting – to date all reports and recommendations have been delivered by the Berkshire team within the budgets and timeframes required.
