Closing the Gap through Clinical Communities - Shared Learning Event

We hosted the second large shared learning event with The Health Foundation for Closing the Gap through Clinical Communities (CtGtCC) last week in Leeds.  8 people from each of the 11 award holder teams were invited to attend the event where they shared their learning from CtGtCC across the teams and more widely.  The event also covered sustaining and spreading improvement which will be the focus for teams in the last phase of the award.

 

The event was practical with each session providing an opportunity to progress CtGtCC

projects, and share learning and impact with other award holder teams.
