Krushma is an Occupational Psychologist with experience of working in the public and private sector. Having studied psychology for more than 6 years Krushma has excellent research skills and has written many research reports (combining qualitative and quantitative information to create a rounded picture). Krushma has the knowledge, skills and experience in defining job roles through conducting job analysis, job specifications and job descriptions. She is also experienced in facilitation of workshops and focus groups, interviewing, psychometric test interpretation and feedback and assessment centre design. She has also designed, developed and scored questionnaires based on organisations specific competency frameworks to evaluate development centres. Krushma has successfully designed, managed and conducted programme evaluations, providing clients with an independent insight; highlighting where improvements in process and/or culture will benefit the organisation. Krushma has an excellent ability to build rapport with clients and has conducted one-to-one interviews face-to-face and over the telephone. She is experienced in utilising both structured and semi structured approaches to provide high quality rich data. Her client centred and focussed approach ensures that desired results are monitored and achieved.
