We are currently delivering an exciting new Assessment Centre project for the People Function of a large tax and benefits organisation, focusing on the development of behaviours such as Leading Others through Change, Developing Professional Expertise and People Leadership Skills. The Centres incorporate a personal pitch, interactive sessions with actors, written exercises and group sessions to maximise participant engagement and performance. This project shows the pace at which we can work, with Berkshire’s design, delivery and feedback all completed to high standards within 10 weeks.
