New HR Development Project

Berkshire is currently designing and delivering a large-scale ‘Building HR Capacity and Capability’ project for a leading healthcare organisation, comprising Development Centres, practical workshops and Action Learning Sets. This integrated programme for HR Deputy Directors and Heads of Department aims to develop key organisational competencies, including intellectual flexibility, collaborative working, effective and strategic influencing and leading change through people.
