New ILM Endorsed Programme for Newly Promoted Managers in Justice Sector

We are currently in the process of designing an endorsed programme for newly promoted managers with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), supporting and recognising participants' relation of core modular content to tangible workplace outcomes. The programme will be rolled out across the UK over a four year cycle, and will cover various aspects of front-line leadership and people management.
