We are delighted to announce that Gwen Stirling has joined our team as Principal Consultant. Gwen brings a wealth of experience in leadership, change, and organisation development having worked with clients across the private, public and charitable sectors. She has held senior leadership roles in fast-paced commercial and charitable organisations and faced many of the issues common to leaders. She has lived and worked overseas spending four years in Namibia successfully running challenging developmental expeditions for over 1000 young people from around the world.
She is passionate about working with leaders to help them lead with more skill; and facilitating bringing people together to have conversations which lead to real and sustainable change. She takes a creative approach to her work, engaging those around her in exploration and inquiry, in both small and large groups, to notice what is going on.
She has an MBA from one of the leading UK business schools, is a qualified OD Practitioner, and is currently studying for an MSc in Organisational Change. When she’s not working or studying, Gwen can be found out sailing on the waters of the south coast.
