Executive Coaching


We have provided one-to-one coaching for senior executives and directors in a large telecoms company, to support them in enhancing their performance against a context of a fast-paced and highly demanding business environment. Clearly defined coaching contracts were agreed with the individual executive and with other key stakeholders, which were closely aligned to business objectives. 360 degree feedback was used to help define the focus of the coaching, and to help in measuring its progress.



We worked with a high profile non-departmental government agency, helping them to enhance their business and people management skills as a result of the Government’s modernisation programme. The key emphasis was to bring about a culture change and enable managers to become more business like, more effective at managing and developing people and more externally focused. Our work resulted in one-to-one coaching for General Managers, supporting them in their own development and in their ability to support the development of their teams.
