Academic Publications

Our academic interest has resulted in the publication of a number of books and articles, many based on practical assignments which we have undertaken.

Joanna Knight & Warren Scott have co-authored a book: 'Co-Facilitation, A Practical Guide to Using Partnerships in Facilitation' (Kogan Page, London, 1997).

Allen Knight and Ian Fox co-authored a paper entitled 'Why is it so expensive to bid for PFI contracts?' This was presented at the British Academy of Management Annual Conference and was subsequently published in Public / Private Partnerships: Policy and Experience. (Ghobadian, Abby and O'Regan, Nicholas and Gallear, David and Viney, Howard, eds. Palgrave Macmillan, 2004)

Joanna Knight has also contributed to: 'Women in Management ' A Developing Presence', edited by Morgan Tanton (Routledge, London, 1994).

Joanna Knight has written an article on 'Career Management', published in Human Resources in the NHS, Issue 4, October 1995.

Joanna Knight co-authored the article 'Developing High Potential Managers in an International Business' ('Organisations & People', the AMED Journal, Volume 7, Number 1, February 2000).
