Keith has had a long and extensive career both as an internal and external consultant in the field of Learning and Organisational Development.

He has carried out a variety of senior roles within major business psychology consultancies and with KPMG where he was formally Director of Learning and Organisational Development for KPMG Consulting Europe Middle East and Africa. In this role he was responsible for the development of a range of programmes to large organisations in both the public and private arena.

He has also had long-term relationships with a variety of major Business Schools in the UK and Southeast Asia and is advisor on continuing professional development to the board of the Institute of Business Consulting. Keith has an additional role as a member of the Academic Council of Northpoint India which has significant responsibility in disseminating world class learning and development in South East Asia.

Much of Keith's work has been focused both in the areas of delivery and strategic design. It is notable that the learning and development process that has been developed for KPMG Advisory Global is now deployed worldwide. Keith is acknowledged as the architect of this significant achievement. He has also developed key international projects for major investment banks and the media industry.

He takes a very broad psychological and pragmatic approach to his work, a keen and creative practitioner; he is well skilled in bringing his significant experience of clinical and applied psychology to the business arena. Keith is well known internationally as a highly impactful presenter and as such has often been sought by many international organisations to present at the highest level. He is keen to encourage learning both for the individual and for the organisation and is able to draw creative parallels between these two highly important areas of development.

An experienced practitioner Keith is also accredited in a range of psychometric instruments including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. He holds relationships at board level with many corporate clients who will actively seek his expertise and knowledge at the strategic and operational levels of their organisations.
