Simon leads Berkshire's Change Management work, having spent the last 14 years focused on bespoke transformation programme design and delivery across large organisations. This experience has been in many different industries including public sector, oil and gas, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, retail and hi-tech.

Simon believes that major change programmes must be tailored to each organisation and individual circumstance. His considerable change implementation experience enables him to use the strengths of the organisation to maximise the speed of change whilst driving the change through the line. He is passionate about the use of such programmes to develop capability, accomplish optimum people management and create a culture of achievement and self-worth. He has significant executive development experience and has an impactful yet supportive style when engaging people at all levels of organisations.

From strategic operational restructuring to the implementation of performance improvement methodologies, Simon has a reputation for 'rolling his sleeves up' at all levels and a track record of delivering hard business results at scale.
