Steven has extensive experience of organisational change, Learning and Development and business improvement. He has held a series of senior management positions in several blue chip companies - in sales and marketing, general management of overseas subsidiaries and as an internal consultant. Steven worked as an internal consultant for an international oil service company, gaining an excellent track record for the delivery of real business improvement through the project management of major organisational change and development projects. He has particular expertise in organisational reviews and in individual and organisational development, both in design and delivery, and in the use of integrated improvement programmes to achieve strategic objectives.

He also has an excellent track record in cost reduction and performance improvement, and the use of performance measurement to drive customer service improvements.

Steven has significant international experience as both a manager and consultant. Since joining Berkshire Consultancy Limited, he has undertaken a wide range of consultancy assignments with a range of clients in both public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas. He has worked with groups from Board level to shop floor and is quickly able to establish rapport and a working relationship at all levels. He has worked with a wide range of clients from different sectors from Central Government to small entrepreneurs and from financial services to oil and gas.

Steven also enjoys academic work and has designed and delivered a range of workshops on Reading University's MBA and DMS programmes and has provided consultancy support at Birmingham University.
