Business Management

Our Business Management team manage all aspects of BCL's financial and HR operations, working closely with Berkshire's three Directors to ensure the smooth and efficient management of BCL. Sue Dewe, our Business Manager, and Kate Tyers, our Accounts Assistant, also liaise with all of our partners and associates and manage all personnel processes and HR.

Our business management team: 

  • Lead all matters of personnel, pensions and insurance
  • Manage all of Berkshire's Management Accounts, project and personal statistics
  • Lead all company reporting alongside the Directors
  • Support all of our accounts processes, including the updating of our internal tracking system and overseeing the invoice process
  • Have overall responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of Berkshire invoicing
  • Act as the main point of contact for all accounting queries
  • Liaise with our Associate Consultants and Partners, assisting with administrative support as required.
