  • We would like to congratulate Sue Young on not only being the first consultant to attain her CMC but also for successfully attaining her MSc from Surrey University in Change Agent Skills and Strategies.
We are about to see our next group of consultants undertake the IBC certification process to attain their CMC status.  This will take place at the end of March.

  • Berkshire Consultancy is currently in the planning stages of a large scale office redesign to fit with our new branding and to re-establish our PR principles. We hope that with our ever expanding team, our new office space will provide a workspace conducive with the ‘BCL Buzz’ and encourage even higher productivity and staff cohesion in our increasingly busy environment.

  • We are happy to announce the recruitment of a new Consultant to the team. Katherine Drees-Connix will be coming to us from KPMG, with a background in Change Management and Business Performance Improvement, as well as internal auditing and risk analysis, with a particular focus on forensic auditing and Project Management. Fluent in 3 languages and with profound international experience, we see Katherine as an excellent addition to our team.

  • We are pleased to welcome our newest member of the support team, Katherine Tyers who joined us as a Project Coordinator in January and has worked previously as a police constable.
