New Work in August

We have recently been awarded a place on the framework to provide external facilitation for Senior Leadership teams of the second largest Police Authority in England and Wales. The aim of this development programme is to enable these Senior Leaders to develop their leadership capability, and to create and implement action plans focused on the specific needs of each branch/division. This opportunity is initially for a period of 2 years, and will cover 32 of the Authority’s divisions and branches.  We have also been accepted onto a framework for coaching services for a large Government Department.
