Mark is a business development and marketing leader in both the creative media and technology software industries. Mark has a proven track record of developing and growing companies and is especially skilled at marketing and launching media products internationally. Barbara Agyeman (USA)
Barbara is an experienced Consultant with a broad range of Development and Human Resources expertise. Her client base includes national and international organisations in the private, public and not-for –profit sectors. Barbara has particular expertise in Leadership Effectiveness. David North (USA)
David is a versatile practitioner with strong skills in leadership development, organisational change, and talent management strategy and practice. He has particular expertise in project-based action learning, coaching senior executives, and mentoring high potential junior leaders. David has a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Development and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. He recently co-authored the Corporate Research Forum's research report 'Talent, Careers and Organisations:Where Next?'

Rebecca is a creative and versatile consultant with a unique combination of extensive business and performance experience. David Vincent (Canada)
Dave is an experienced business professional with demonstrated Learning and Development and project management expertise. Dave’s depth and breadth of business, project management and learning and development experience means that your projects consistently deliver the results you are seeking - on time and on budget. He has successfully led initiatives including Strategy Development and Deployment, Business Process Development/ Reengineering, Interim Management and Learning design/development and delivery in North American and global engagements with clients such as CIBC/Imperial Oil Ltd and KPMG International.
South America
Elzo Guarnieri (Brazil)
Elzo has over 35 years of consulting experience (both domestically (Brazil) and internationally). Elzo started in Brazil, working for an international consulting company. After 10 years, he had the opportunity of working in the USA, Europe and the Far East. Elzo is a good communicator and negotiator. He has solid managerial and commercial skills - a great people developer and coach.
Elzo brings a broad experience from operational project development and implementation to business development. He has worked on hundreds of projects in practically all business sectors, where measurable operational improvements and financial results were achieved. Elzo has a particular gift for developing solid relationships at top levels - results-oriented personality, pragmatic, with a positive and confident attitude. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish (gets by in French and Italian).
Paul Roberts (Peru)
Paul Roberts is an experienced international consultant in the areas of leadership and team development, management education, organizational development and socially responsible business. He has worked for over 25 years with clients in the private, public and non-profit sector. For the last seven years he has lived and worked in Mexico and recently moved to Peru where he divides his time as the Education Director of a recently formed NGO, Alianza Arkana, and carrying out international consultancy assignments. He is fluent in Spanish and works in English and/or Spanish.

Keith Jones – Account Director
Keith has had a long and extensive career both as an internal and external consultant in the field of Learning and Organisational Development. Keith has carried out a variety of senior roles within major business psychology consultancies and with KPMG where he was formally Director of Learning and Organisational Development for KPMG Consulting Europe Middle East and Africa, Keith has also had a long-term relationship as a programme director to the London Business School and is advisor on continuing professional development to the board of the Institute of Business Consulting. Keith has an additional role as a member of the Academic Council of Northpoint India which has significant responsibility in disseminating world class learning and development in South East Asia. Keith has managed and delivered large global programmes for clients, and has extensive international experience.
Simon Loveday
After teaching languages at Oxford University, Simon spent eight years in management and moved into consultancy fifteen years ago. His focus is on finding ways to increase individual, team, and organisational effectiveness, using the tools of participative management and facilitation to enable clients to improve communication and understanding, and to identify and remove the blocks and barriers that get in the way of top performance. Simon is fluent in French and German and has worked all across Europe.
Debra Butcher
Debra is fluent in both French & German and has worked with major clients in both the public and private sectors. Following early careers in publishing, advertising and internal marketing, Debra became an organisational consultant in 1996. Since then, she has worked at all levels in major blue-chip organisations in supporting culture change, internal brand alignment, vision, mission & values definition, management development and interpersonal skills training.

Karen Ross (New Zealand)
Karen is a learning and development consultant specialising in skills training, coaching, and creative approaches to performance management. She is also a professional speaker, talking about Using Your Brain on Purpose - for success in business and in life. Her career spans more than a dozen countries; from Europe to Japan and the Caribbean, and her clients include Telecom, UBS, Air New Zealand, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and KPMG.
Peter Smith (Malaysia/ Australia)
Peter is a Training Consultant and Group Facilitator. He has been consulting, coaching, training and facilitating to public and private sector client needs for the past 15 years. He has particular expertise in Leadership and Management Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management and Communications /stakeholder engagement. Peter’s recent contracts have involved global roll-outs with one of the big four accounting firms, Country GM’s heading up a multinational IT support desk and Asia wide training for leaders in the petroleum industry.
Chris Gould (Russia)
Chris has held director roles for KPMG, PWC and Barclays Bank. He has facilitated on over 40 internal courses within KPMG focusing on Organisational Development and Technical Skills. He has also delivered training programs relating to leadership, team building and presentation skills. Chris balances his technical knowledge of IT, accounting, and strategy with his strong ‘people’ skills for example team building, and influencing stakeholders to great effect.
Chris Dixon (Hong Kong)
Chris specialises in supporting individual & organisational change. He is a seasoned executive coach, who focuses on leadership and management transitions, talent development and team coaching. Based in Hong Kong, Chris regularly travels throughout the region, significantly to Tokyo, Singapore, Greater China and India. With a focus on behavioural change, his specialty is executive assessment and coaching, leadership development and change leadership. He has held senior OD, Leadership & Talent development roles with large multinationals in both the Pharmaceutical and Financial Services sectors.
Bala Kumar (Malaysia & Indonesia)
Bala is a learning & development specialist with more than 20 years experience in the areas of leadership, management, team leading, coaching, facilitation, train the trainer and project management. He is also an accredited experiential facilitator. In addition to face to face training, Bala also specialises in development of e learning training. He has trained for clients in a broad range of sectors ranging from Banking and Finance, Professional Services firms, Electronics, Telecommunications and Government Owned Entities.
