Our consultant team comprises an experienced and diverse group of individuals who are chosen for their business and managerial experience across both the public and private sectors, together with their highly developed interpersonal skills and strong research and academic track records. In addition, each consultant has real expertise in specific areas of business and many of the team are Certified Management Consultants with the Institute of Business Consultancy. This mix enables us to empathise with the opportunities, issues and challenges facing our clients and to offer practical, informed and innovative advice. - All of our consultants work at Masters level and have strong academic credentials in leadership and management development. Our academic knowledge ensures we are able to bring relevant tools, techniques, frameworks and skills to our development work
- Our rounded business experience means we can empathise with the challenges, dilemmas and issues facing organisations, yet take a holistic view and position any development work within the broader strategy of the organisation
- Our consultants have a minimum of 10 years experience in development and consultancy work and therefore offer maturity and breadth of knowledge
- Our consultants have extensive experience in designing and delivering development programmes for both public and private sector organisations which have brought about real changes in peoples thinking, behaviours, skills and actions
- We actively seek out partnership working with our clients and all our consultants are experienced in developing such partnerships, including co-design and co-facilitation
- Our consultants are experienced in working to promote equality and diversity within organisations to ensure that everybody can realise their potential. Our team includes BME and female consultants who have personal experience of breaking through organisational barriers and who have been experienced as inspiring role models by participants on development programmes.
