'I found this course to be very friendly and enjoyable but also personally very challenging, giving me a fresh insight into how I was presenting myself. I am a real sceptic regarding theory that cannot be linked to what I do on a daily basis but I found that many of the methods we learned had almost instant results. For example, towards the end of the course I got a spontaneous round of applause after a presentation; I would not have got that at the beginning of the two days. I have regularly used the techniques learned and often find myself referring to my course notes in preparation for various scenarios.
