Team Coaching
High performing teams have a significant and positive impact on the businesses they lead and the results achieved. Our approach focuses on developing and supporting these teams in their workplace on live operational issues. This requires flexible and highly skilled facilitation.

We have a strong track record in working with organisations to help them practically improve performance through getting leadership teams to work on the real issues they are facing. Our consultants’ experience of working at system, organisational, team and individual levels makes a BCL team intervention a uniquely powerful and transformational experience. Our team coaching can take many forms from a one-day intervention to an engagement of several months incorporating 360 feedback, 1-1 coaching, real-work projects, observations and review, workshops, and use of the BCL team enhancement tool.
