She has designed and delivered a variety of learning and development interventions that have built both individual and organisational capability as well as co-designed and assessed at a number of Assessment Centres. He previously worked at Roffey Park, one of the UK’s leading management education and development centres, where he held a series of Director roles and was a member of the Executive Team for seven years. The last of these roles was Director of Consultancy and Bespoke Services, heading up the major part of the business, which experienced substantial growth during this time. Andrew has worked with the Boards and top teams of many, varied organisations in different sectors, and has carried out a wide range of consultancy and bespoke projects for a large number of major clients.
