He does this through working with Boards and other senior teams, Executive Coaching, facilitating learning sets and developing groups of professionals and senior managers. He previously worked at Roffey Park, one of the UK’s leading management education and development centres, where he held a series of Director roles and was a member of the Executive Team for seven years. The last of these roles was Director of Consultancy and Bespoke Services, heading up the major part of the business, which experienced substantial growth during this time. Andrew has worked with the Boards and top teams of many, varied organisations in different sectors, and has carried out a wide range of consultancy and bespoke projects for a large number of major clients. Recent projects have focused on the health and university sectors.
